After discussion, the Gerakan Rakyat central working committee feels that such a position is normally reserved for the minority, but as Chinese is the second largest ethnic group in the country, such a position should not have existed.
So, Tsu kinda hint that Gerakan deserves a much more important portfolio (education maybe) despite losing Penang to DAP at the recent March 2008 General Election.
By ‘minority’ we thought Tsu means – ethnic minorities in Sabah and Sarawak. But instead he suggested that Najib should give the portfolio to MCA. Wah!
