Fugitive blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin may face a third charge if he is brought back to the country. This time, for using a foreign passport to leave the country.
“We have to consider (charging Raja Petra) if there is a report lodged against him and investigations conducted from the report made,” Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail told reporters Monday.
Gani was asked if action could be taken against Raja Petra if he was found to have used a foreign passport when he fled the country last year.
The AG however did not say if a report had been lodged against Raja Petra for using a foreign passport when he left the country. Read full story…
