The “artwork and all was paid for by the Chief Minister of Sarawak’s business outfit,” reported Malaysia Today.
According New York Times media kit “display ad cost is based upon the ad size state in column inches. Columns inches are calculated by multiplying the number of columns of the ad by its depth (inches)”.
“If the ad was in color or in a special layout position, the advertiser would add the appropriate color of position premium,” it says.
