Koh is under pressure with Lim’s resignation as party adviser and hopes that the veteran politician would reconsider his decision.

Idris Jala boss and Gerakan president Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon is under pressure to change his style of leadership or have changes “forced” upon him.

As reported in local press few days ago, former president Tun Dr Lim Keng Yaik said his heart was bleeding for the party, issued a veiled threat that he would go around the country “advising the members what to do,” other party leaders also advised him to worry about his party.

Dr Lim quit as party adviser on Monday creating big headache for Koh.

Dr Koh, attributes the Dr Lim’s outburst as a result of miscommunication and vowed not to accept his resignation, saying the party veteran should reconsider.
