I was baffled when a guy selling what look like a genuine? Nokia N9 told visitors to their makeshift tent in front of Sing Kwong Assyakirin today that the phone is running an android!

He probably thought nobody would knew he was bullshiting! Nokia N9 is among the last batches of phone models the Finnish manufacturer will ship running MeeGo OS – before switching to Windows Phone OS starting last month with Lumia.

The Nokia N9 was launched in Kuala Lumpur last month and getting good reviews among local bloggers – who were among the first to test the smartphone.

Nokia Malaysia said the phone already available at selected authorized dealers in Sarawak and potential buyer could locate these outlet from Nokia Malaysia official website Nokia.Com.my.

They advised buyers to buy Nokia phone only from these authorized outlets.

Nokia N9 retail price is starting from RM1,799 for the 16GB version and more than RM2,088 for the 32GB and 64GB version.

The one spotted at a tent in front of Sing Kwong today was sold less than RM700 – a tell-tale sign it could be a rip-off or fake product from – where else if not China.
