Nyabau – Bakun junction section of the Pan Borneo highway works started on March 2015 covering a distance about 43km long.

The project main contractor is Pekerjaan Piasau Konkerit Sdn. Bhd.

There are four bridges, 26 bus shelters and two pedestrian bridges along this stretch of Pan Borneo highway.

Pan-Borneo highway recently made an update on the work progress along the highway which is expected to be fully completed by year 2023.
