Registrar of Societies (ROS) approved the change of Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) legal registered address to Pending from Green Height declared PRS secretary general Wilfred Rata Nissom.

The change took effect from October 20, said Nisooms who is also the political secretary to the chief minister at the party Pending headquarters on Wednesday.

The new Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) headquarter is at:

1st, 2nd, 3rd Floor, Lot 9612,
Section 64 KTLD Jalan Pending,
93450 Kuching, Sarawak.

“One consequence of this confirmation of headquarters’ address is that we now want all documents retained in PRS old headquarters in Green Height should be surrendered to Pending,” stressed Nissom.

He said they yet to send a letter of request to Sng’s faction in Green Height for transfer of the documents to Pending.

“We’ll be giving them a reasonable time-frame like two weeks to surrender them,” said Nissom.

Earlier this year ROS said Masing was the president of Parti Rakyat Sarawak following internal battle that show the party having two presidents – Dr Masing and Larry Sng.

Larry Sng was elected as president of PRS after a delegates confence held by Sng Chee Hua faction. Masing retaliated by holding his own delegates conference in which he was re-elected as PRS president.
