Wong Chin Yong
The former protem Secretary of Sarawak United People Party (SUPP) Dudong Branch, Wong Chin Yong who quit recently was officially accepted into Democratic Action Party (DAP) as a life member on Sunday.
The announcement was made by the State DAP central committee after a meeting at its office at Chonglin Park today. Sarawak DAP Chairman, Wong Ho Leng said they accepted Chin Yong because his political ideology and struggle is consistent with DAP policies. Ho Leng said Chin Yong submitted the application form to him personally on Friday and paid RM100 as life member.
